Trout Creek Recreation Center now offers a Massage and bodywork program at Trout Creek Recreation Center. No longer considered just an indulgence, massage is now recognized as a highly effective treatment for many health conditions and a fabulous way to recover from the muscle stress created as a result of playing in the mountains or after a workout here at Trout Creek. Perhaps a relaxing retreat for energetic renewal is just what you have been craving.

The staff of certified massage therapists at Trout Creek Massage consists of many hands working
together to provide therapeutic touch in the form of Swedish/Esalen, sports, and deep tissue
massage. Also offered by individual therapists are various other healing techniques including,
but not limited to, craniosacral therapy, myofascial, trigger point, and neuromuscular release, shiatsu, hot stone, Thai, reflexology, aromatherapy, reiki and energy work.


You must be a Tahoe Donner Homeowner or the guest of a Homeowner to
utilize the massage services offered at Trout Creek Recreation Center.
